Enterprise

Administrators & national programs.

from $4,000/mo · annual agreement · invoiced

Past forty seats, DealerMap runs on a contract, not a card: an annual agreement on our MSA (Master Service Agreement), invoiced with net-30 terms, scoped in an Order Form your procurement team can actually read. The floor covers up to 150 seats; larger deployments are priced as tranches. Everything the National band ships is the starting point — this is what changes:

Success, not just support

  • Named success manager — up to 2–3 named contacts for large accounts
  • Contractual SLA (Service Level Agreement) with service credits
  • Formal rollout plan, admin training & data import run for you
  • Quarterly ops reviews against your own numbers

Identity & control

  • SSO (single sign-on: SAML / OIDC) included
  • SCIM directory provisioning — IT disables an employee once, everywhere
  • Read API on the same data dictionary the console uses
  • Company-domain allow-list & bring-your-own Google key option

Procurement-ready

  • Security & procurement documentation package
  • DPA (GDPR Art. 28) and MSA published, not hidden
  • No per-seat true-ups — flat tranches, no surprise line items
  • Your data exports completely, on every plan, always

Every organization band gets the complete product.

The ladder above changes the service around the software — support depth, onboarding, and scale tooling — never the product itself. Included in every band:

Room to grow, built in

One hire over your band locks nobody out. We nudge you toward the right band — there is no such thing as an overage charge.

Your book is yours

Full raw exports on every band, every day — never held hostage, never behind a bigger tier.

No GPS tracking. Ever.

Accountability comes from account recency, not surveillance. This is a product law at every price.

Questions, answered straight

How does the free trial work?

Sign up as an organization on the console and pick your band — 14 days, up to 5 seats, and DealerMap Live enrichment is on so you see the whole product. Stripe takes your card at the start: $0 charged until day 15, then your band begins. Cancel anytime before that and pay nothing.

What happens if we don't subscribe when the trial ends?

Nothing is deleted, and nobody loses their own work — every rep keeps the notes they wrote, and exports stay available. Team features run on an active plan; subscribe any time and the whole team picks up exactly where it left off.

What is DealerMap Live enrichment?

Google ratings and hours on dealer cards, the new-dealer radar, and unmetered area scans. Included on Regional and up for every seat; Brokerage and Agency can add it for $4 per seat per month — and turn it off any time in the billing portal.

Why is there no per-seat price?

Field teams grow in people, not spreadsheets. Flat bands mean your bill doesn't jump because one rep joined mid-quarter — the effective per-seat cost only goes down as you grow into the next band, and past 40 seats the conversation moves to an Enterprise agreement built around your program.

I'm an individual rep — where do I buy upgrades?

In the app. Individual upgrades are sold through Apple in-app purchase only; the web handles organization plans. The core app — map, notes, sync — is free either way.

How do Enterprise agreements run?

Annual contracts, invoiced — no self-serve checkout. From $4,000/mo with a named success manager, SSO/SCIM, the read API, and the security documentation your procurement team will ask for. Write to sales@dealermap.app.
