Common questions

• Signing in. DealerMap uses your email and password. On the sign-in screen, use “Forgot password” to reset it, or email us if you're stuck.
• Getting started. Open the Maps tab to see dealerships near you, tap any pin to open a dealer, and add a prospecting note. Set a follow-up date and DealerMap reminds you so nothing slips.
• Solo vs. team. You can use DealerMap on your own — no organization required. If you join one, your work notes are shared with your organization; your personal stats stay private.
• Exporting your data. Organization admins can export activity, accounts, members, and territories as CSV from the web console.
• Location. DealerMap uses your location only on-device to center the map. It does not track, store, or transmit your location, and the app works without it.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time from inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. This removes your login and personal information. Notes that belong to an organization you were part of are retained by that organization as business records, with your authorship anonymized — see the Privacy Policy for details.
